Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely.
Yoga Tune Up® is a fitness therapy designed to target your "body blind spots" and heal damaged muscle, increase strength and establish healthy movement patterns to help you live better in your body.
Yin yoga incorporates breath awareness, meditation, and mostly floor-based poses which are held for longer periods of time. This gentle practise is great for anyone wanting a slower-paced class, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve or maintain mobility in the spine and joints.
Also called Bikram yoga, is a series of yoga poses performed in a room heated to 100 degrees or more to increase an individual's flexibility in the poses and provide physical and mental benefits. Hydration before class is very important.
Flow-style yoga classes involve transitioning from one pose to another through a sequence called vinyasa. Vinyasa helps your muscles stay warm and flexible. This class can be for those looking to improve muscular strength and mobility.
